It also means developing a deeper connection with the divine and universal energy.
I'll lead you through one activation circle of your choice. At the end of the session, you’ll walk away with your own personal sadhana, spiritual practice that will continue to expand and elevate.
The practice may include yoga, dance, journaling, sensuality practice, exercise, mirror work, affirmations, EFT, meditation, or more.
